Come join our team in Adelaide, Australia, Dudley Park Plant as a Reliability Engineer.

This role is a key member of the factory maintenance team supporting 50+ ABB robots integrated in our production process. You will identify opportunities for factory improvements, downtime reduction, process improvements and data management through our manufacturing processes, robotics, and digital scheduling systems.

* Support OFS/OEE meetings to review downtime and improve processes

* Review and update area TPM boards & conduct Audits

* Conduct daily analysis of downtime events and update daily lost unit log with countermeasures

* Weekly / Monthly analysis and reporting of downtime events (no of events, total time, lost units)

* Conduct continuous improvement programs for significant downtime events

* Coordinate and analyse and report on Preventative and predictive maintenance activity including

* Vibration Analysis program

* Oil Analysis program

* Thermography program

* Review / modify maintenance PM's for effectiveness

* Coordinate weekly breakdown improvement meetings

* Planning and scheduling of equipment improvement activities

* Ensure all follow up improvement activities works are entered into the system and tracked to completion

* Train/coach maintenance personnel in reliability practices

Our ideal candidate has a Master/bachelor's degree in engineering or (Mechatronic) Mechanical or formal qualifications in reliability maintenance. They must have a minimum 5 years working within Manufacturing or sector with robotics.

They will be able to handle intricate processes, understand and compliance of WHS, environmental, quality regulations. The ability to be pro-active and work with flexibility and efficiently is also required.

A strong technical and analytic skills, advanced fault finding and diagnostic skills, capable of managing changes and multiple challenges at the same time.
