We are seeking a Concierge Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne. This role supports all aspects of Concierge operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable, and personalised stay. About the Role As a Concierge Supervisor, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Concierge team, maintaining the highest levels of service and professionalism. Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for dining, cultural experiences, transport, and special services. Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and businesses to enhance guest experiences. Support and coach your team to consistently deliver Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards of service. Assist with check-in, check-out, and reservations when required, ensuring smooth operations across the front of house. Ensure VIPs and repeat guests receive personalised attention and recognition throughout their stay. About You Experience in guest services, front office, or concierge operations (2 years preferred), or a degree in Hospitality/Business with a passion for luxury service. Exceptional knowledge of Melbourne’s dining, culture, shopping, and attractions. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. A warm, polished presence with genuine care for people and service excellence. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in challenging situations.
