Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Armidale, NSW, for a Hospitality Manager. The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure excellence in customer service within UNE Life's hospitality services, including food and beverage operations, on-campus events, and catering. This role involves staff supervision, training, and maintaining high service standards, ensuring that all activities align with UNE Life's mission to enhance the student and community experience. The Hospitality Manager will also manage budgets, develop service strategies, and maintain compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with team members, clients, and the community.
* Experience in Food & Beverage service and overall Hospitality operations, including event and catering coordination.
* Proven ability to provide Training and guidance to staff, ensuring consistent service delivery and fostering professional growth.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and oversee daily operations independently.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards within the hospitality industry.
* A relevant qualification in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while ensuring exceptional service quality.
