About the role
The Employment Based Training Officer is responsible for the monitoring of administrative systems and processes related to Employment Based Training (EBT), across Central Regional TAFE campuses. This position ensures relevant government regulations and policies are adhered to.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to support apprentices, trainees, employers, and internal stakeholders throughout the Employment Based Training journey. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, using your well-developed organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines with accuracy and professionalism. Success in this role also means working collaboratively across campuses and teams, contributing to unified processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and the overall effectiveness of Employment Based Training activities. You will demonstrate personal leadership by taking ownership of your work, adapting to changing priorities, and actively supporting colleagues to build collective capability. With a positive, solutions-focused mindset, you will approach challenges thoughtfully, seek guidance when needed, and uphold the values and reputation of Central Regional TAFE in every interaction.
