We're Hiring: Warehouse & Logistics Assistant
Location: Total Rural Supplies
Total Rural Supplies is looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our small, dedicated team. This hands-on role involves managing stock, processing incoming and outgoing deliveries, and maintaining organized and efficient storage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively within a small team to manage inventory
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Receive and unpack deliveries, ensuring items are organized and stored correctly
* Assist with loading and unloading stock for both transport and customer collection
* Support with local deliveries and collections as needed
* Provide occasional counter sales and customer service
* Complete paperwork and follow internal procedures with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
About You:
* Physically fit and energetic – capable of handling products such as 20kg bags
* High attention to detail to minimize errors and support operational success
* Flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt to various warehouse and customer service tasks
* Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* A rural background and or experience advantageous
* Committed to safe work practices and professional behavior at all times
Requirements:
* Current driver's licence and forklift (High Risk) licence
* MR (Medium Rigid) licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
* Experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential
