$38.91 to $43.24 per hour + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across office functions
- Assist with workforce coordination and rostering support
- Support recruitment administration and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate client, staff, and compliance records
- Respond to enquiries from clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Assist with reporting, data management, and internal systems
- Support compliance activities and audit readiness
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with management to support organisational growth
About You
- Experience in administration, business support, rostering, or operational coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach and commitment to accountability, reliability, and follow-through
Desirable
- Experience within disability, aged care, community services, health, or other regulated service environments
- Experience working with workforce management, scheduling, or rostering systems
