As we continue to grow and thrive in our industry, our Property Management team requires an experienced Senior Property Manager with a client focused approach to join the team.
Working alongside our team of 18 experienced Property, Leasing and New Business Managers, you will have the ability to manage a portfolio of some of the Gold Coast's most prestigious investment properties and form strong relationships with our tenants and landlords. We strive for excellence in customer service and understand the importance of effective communication.

About the opportunity:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Manage a boutique portfolio
* Providing prompt exceptional service to owners and tenants
* Organise repairs and maintenance
* Managing compliance
* Attending QCAT hearings
* No Saturday work
About you:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a property management position
* A passion for property and demonstrated ability to provide a best-in-class experience
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Property Me & IRE experience preferred but not essential
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Real Estate Sales Certificate
* Current Driver's License
