Maintenance Officer Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team in a boutique Signature Home located in the leafy inner Adelaide suburb of Myrtle Bank.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring planned and corrective maintenance and repairs are carried out safely, effectively and in a timely manner. This will involve projects, equipment replacement and budget preparation.
You will also be involved in providing high-quality customer service to residents, contractors and suppliers, working independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and sound documentation and computer skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* General maintenance skills such as painting, plastering, equipment repairs, minor plumbing & electrical issues and grounds maintenance.
* Understanding of fire and safety compliance.
* Current drivers' licence.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* Trade qualification.
* Previous experience in aged care, health or hospitality industries.
