About The Role
Toll Aviation is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our commercial and finance team within the aviation industry. This role will support the accurate processing of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting, aiding the company's financial operations. You will work closely with the Senior Commercial Lead/Analyst and support daily operations using SAP and other tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring timely processing and communication
* Code invoices and follow up on approvals
* Process vendor invoices within the engineering system
* Handle queries regarding invoicing, ledger coding, and approvals
* Support raising or settling purchase orders
* Assist in preparing reports for management using MS Office
* Collect data to support Toll Aviation's broader business
* Support reconciliation tasks as needed
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
* Experience in accounting or finance roles
* Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (advantageous)
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
* Excellent administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Customer service orientation and ability to prioritize
