As Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and leadership team to support the successful delivery of commercial fitout projects. You will play a key role in contract administration, cost control and compliance, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing head contract and subcontract administration across multiple projects
* Preparing, reviewing and issuing subcontract agreements and scopes of work
* Managing variations, progress claims and payment schedules
* Cost tracking, forecasting and budget management
* Procurement of trades and suppliers in line with programme requirements
* Ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining accurate project documentation
* Supporting project reporting and maintaining systems such as Procore (or similar)
* Assisting with risk management, value engineering and commercial negotiations
* Maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
About You:
* 2+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
* Experience delivering commercial, community or specialist building projects preferred
* Strong understanding of Australian standard form contracts (AS4000, AS2124 etc.)
* Solid commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
