The position will be responsible for overseeing and instructing on the following core tasks, including but not limited to:
- Provide professional advice to our valued clients on land tenure matters
- Manage and coordinate land surveying activities across the project lifecycle including:
- Accurate cadastral boundary establishment and control surveys
- Feature surveys
- Lot pre-calculation
- As-constructed surveys and deliverables
- Preparation of Deposited Plans of subdivision & Strata Plans
- Liaison with local authorities, MRWA, Water Corporation, DPLH, WAPC
- Ability to review engineering designs and consultant reports to understand how they impact the development and titling process.
- Understanding of Western Australian legislation, regulations, and agency land development processes
- Workforce planning and scheduling
- Budget control and invoicing
- Networking, building and maintaining client relationships
- HSEMS and QMS Management
- Tendering and fee proposals
- Ability to problem solve, collaborate and prioritise work flows to meet critical path expectations
