G & K Looney Plastering is a family owned and operated building linings company that has been successfully operating across the Riverina for many, many years. We undertake a range of projects from large commercial and residential builds to small repair and maintenance jobs. We are expanding our administration team and are looking for an Administration Assistant to join us in providing administration support to our operational trade teams. This is a full-time position that requires availability from Monday to Friday. Hours of work may be negotiated. Duties and responsibilities will include:
Duties & Responsibilities
* Handle enquiries and telephone calls
* Support the operational team with employee scheduling, data entry and job bookings
* Coordinate job access for customers and operational teams
* Support the operational team with file preparations for estimations and job deliveries
* General office duties such as photocopying, filing, restocking and tidying.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 12 months of administrative or office support experience is required
* Proven ability to use the Microsoft Office suite
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* Qualities and characteristics of a team player
* Able to give attention to detail
* Australian work rights are required for this position
