We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Parap. As a collaborative and supportive workplace, we prioritize staff development and provide opportunities for career advancement.


About the Position

* Deliver exceptional Speech Pathology services across various age groups, prioritizing client-centric approaches.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop therapy programs tailored to individual needs, ensuring meaningful outcomes.
* Maintain open communication channels with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
* Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and industry standards.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to referral growth.

About You

* Experience working with mixed caseloads is desirable, but not necessary.


Requirements

* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
* NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance or ability to obtain.
* Working with Children Check or ability to obtain.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Registration with SPA.
* Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
