About the Operations Administrator Role
This key position plays a crucial role in supporting the operational performance of our business by ensuring data accuracy, reconciling subcontractor works, analysing discrepancies, and updating internal systems.
* Analyse work orders and investigate discrepancies in service data to identify areas for improvement.
* Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to verify completed works and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Raise purchase orders and assist with invoice reconciliation to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in operational administration or data-focused support roles, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
