Your Role as a Talent Associate
* Campaign Driver: After your training academy ramp-up, you will learn to design targeted talent campaigns, write engaging ads, craft outreach messages, screen applicants and keep the pipeline flowing
* Acquisition Specialist: Conduct high-volume phone each days, learn the ins and outs of video interviewing and assessment centres, confidently matching Weployees to client needs while delivering an outstanding candidate experience - supported by interview best practice training and real-time guidance
* Relationship Builder: Leverage your customer-contact background to consult hiring managers, share market insights and nurture lasting partnerships
* Community Champion: Onboard successful candidates, celebrate their wins and keep our Weployee community engaged through check-ins, icebreaker meetings and events
* Problem Solver: When requisition volumes spike, you will prioritise, realign and propose creative sourcing ideas that keep delivery on track - drawing on troubleshooting frameworks and the collective brainpower of an always-available team
What You Bring
* One to two years in a KPI-driven, people-focused role such as sales, inbound or outbound call centre, event operations, retail or hospitality leadership
