Job Description
This role will proactively manage the day-to-day operations and facilities, to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio of retail & general properties across Victoria.
Develop a clear understanding of the property management agreement(s) for your portfolio and ensure that our service delivery meets those requirements.
Manage the presentation and day-to-day operations and facilities of allocated properties, including security, maintenance, and safety.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors, and colleagues.
Review the monthly operating expenditure against budget for each asset.
Work with the relevant Centre Managers to produce monthly client reports as required.
Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.
This role entails travel across different sites in Victoria.
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in a similar role with a strong background in compliance.
Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems.
Excellent financial literacy and IT skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
