With four thriving locations across Perth and the Pilbara, and a state-of-the-art facility spanning over 13,000m², we're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team and be the first friendly face (and voice) of WATM.

About the Role
This is not your average reception role. You'll be the central hub of our busy office, handling a range of tasks including:
* Reception duties, welcoming visitors with a smile and directing phone calls.
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail
* Assisting accounts team with various tasks (e.g. processing purchase orders, emailing remittances etc.)
* Provide general administrative support to managers and officers across the team
* Assisting our sales and service teams with admin support.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, approachable, and loves helping others.
* Organised with strong attention to detail.
* A great communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face.
* Flexible and adaptable — you thrive when every day is a little different
* Previous reception/administration experience is a bonus, but not essential.
