Our Perth dealership, located in South Guildford is seeking a motivated Service Clerk to join our team and support the delivery of excellent service. This role will work directly with and report to the Service Manager of the Workshop.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage in coming calls and emails
* Create and manage repair orders.
* Coordinate technicians daily schedules and service jobs.
* Process workshop service purchase orders, invoices, cash sales and warranty claims.
* Follow up on cash payments.
* Adhere to any other general administration duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous administrative support experience is preferred.
* Strong customer service, attention to detail, communication and numeracy skills are essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Experience in conflict resolution and adaptability in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
