Leadership Talent Acquisition Role
Drive innovation and culturally aligned workforce strategies in East Arnhem Land.
* This pivotal leadership role will shape how we attract, onboard, and retain talent by embedding core values into every stage of the employee lifecycle.
* You will partner with leaders to align recruitment with organisational needs, coach and upskill the People & Culture team, and oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and agency partnerships.
* With a focus on data-driven insights, continuous improvement, and future-ready workforce planning, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a community-controlled health setting while fostering strong pipelines and succession pathways.
* Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that meet the organisation's needs.
* Lead the recruitment process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and free from bias.
* Coach and develop the People & Culture team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
* Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR generalist, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of workplace legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
* Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
