A well-regarded national mid-tier accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager or Associate Director to join its Melbourne office.
This is a visible leadership role within a growing audit team, working closely with senior partners and contributing to the ongoing strengthening of the client base and team structure.
The Role
Reporting to the Audit Partners, you will:
* Manage a portfolio of mid-market audit clients
* Operate within a pooled partner structure (exposure across multiple partners)
* Lead and review the work of 4–5 staff, including offshore team members
* Oversee workflow, quality and client delivery
* Support team development and client engagement
About You
* 8+ years’ external audit experience
* Currently at Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director level
* Background in mid-tier, Top 10 or similar professional services firm
* Strong review capability and team leadership skills
* Comfortable managing varied portfolios and improving processes
* Exposure to offshore team management advantageous
