Betros Bros/Beemart is seeking a passionate, experienced, and energetic Retail Supervisor who has a love of fresh produce and has superior customer service skills to work along side a dedicated team of retail enthusiasts.
As the Retail Supervisor, reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be in part responsible for all operational functions of the retail store and leading a team. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of Fresh Produce including varieties, quality and produce seasonality.
A permanent role is on offer across a 7 Day roster. We are a growing organization and much of your time will be spent working with and developing your team, key internal and external stakeholders (customers & suppliers). Career progression is very much encouraged for the right candidate with opportunities right across our network.
Pivotal to the role will be your ability to provide exceptional customer service, promote our business to new and existing customers as well as having exceptional stock control. Weekend work essential in this position.

Role responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise all activities of the operation including:
- Stock control & Pricing
- Supplier management and ordering
- Merchandising
- Customer growth and retention
- Promotional activity
- Team development and management
Candidate Requirements:
- Operational knowledge and experience leading team members within a retail setting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Fresh Produce experience a must. Preferably management experience.
- Enthusiastic and creative minded with great personality. A real people person.
