About the Role:
* Located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast's Q1 building, SkyPoint Bistro + Bar serves delightful breakfasts and all-day café-style dining.
* As a qualified chef, your day will look like this:
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing a variety of fresh and innovative dishes in a high-volume environment.
* Working closely with a team to deliver consistently excellent food and guest experiences.
* Following and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with HACCP.
Requirements:
* Confidence with high-volume food preparation and presentation;
* A Qualified Cert III in Commercial Cookery;
* A positive and reliable attitude;
* Strong communication and attention to detail;
* Flexibility with availability including ability to work a range of shifts including weekends, mornings, and evenings;
* Physical fitness for the demands of a busy kitchen;
* Knowledgeable in HACCP principles and food safety best practices.
