**About the role**
The End-User Computing (EUC) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the IT services and solutions that directly support the end-user computing setting within APM.
You will join a team where you will be working alongside an exceptional group of individuals who are dedicated to delivering great work and creating a culture of support, learning and inclusivity.
**This role can be based in either of our Perth or Melbourne locations.**
**What you will do**
- Oversee the end-to-end management of end-user devices and environments, including Printers, Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops / Desktops, VC Equipment, O365 and Microsoft Intune
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service contracts.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for EUC operations.
- Lead, manage, and develop the EUC team to provide exceptional technical support and service delivery.
- Improving overall Employee Experience and increasing knowledge of how to use Office 365 functionality as Microsoft release new features.
**What you will bring**
You will be quick to adapt to a complex environment and have a flexible approach to work across all levels of the business. Your ability to collaboratively consult and support all stakeholders will be critical along with;
- Tertiary qualifications in Business; Technology; Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, or IT operations.
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role within IT.
- Proficiency in endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM & Intune).
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and practices (ITIL certification preferred).
