This Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Family and Children Services team as a Case Worker.

In this role, you'll provide essential support and guidance, helping clients enhance communication skills, parenting strategies, and overall relationship dynamics. Our person-centred approach ensures that each client's unique needs drive the process, whether through family counselling, therapy, or cognitive-behavioural techniques. By fostering personal growth and resilience, you'll equip clients to manage life's challenges confidently and independently.

Key Role Responsibilities

* Provide case management supports to families, couples and individuals.
* Provide high quality counselling services.
* Facilitation of evidence based educational programs to address client needs.
* Develop collaborative relationships with other external services, government and community agencies and network with key local and specialist support services.
* Provide onsite and outreach services through our Manjimup office.

Essential requirements

* Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or other relevant field of study
* Demonstrated experience using high-level clinical and case management skills.
* Demonstrated experience in individual and couple counselling.
