Our Banking Risk Advisory team supports our entire Banking and Financial Services ecosystem in providing Operational Risk advice and driving risk initiatives and uplifting Risk and Control Management.

What role will you play?
As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our ecosystem to provide Operational Risk advice. Your responsibilities include driving initiatives such as Risk Control Self-Assessments, acting as risk lead on projects (e.g., Data Under Governance, CPS230) and the risk approval process. You will also handle general Risk and Control Management tasks, including uplifts on new control creation and documentation, assessing risk ratings, advising on risk acceptances, and reviewing and monitoring risk performance. You will work closely with stakeholders of all levels, across various teams and product lines in Banking and Financial Services.
What you offer
* 4+ years' experience in Financial Services, Banking or Professional Services
* Sound knowledge and understanding of core risk management practices and frameworks, and a strong risk mindset
* Excellent communication skills with a detailed oriented mindset alongside the ability to strategically problem solve
* Demonstrable experience in building and influencing stakeholder relationships
