They are seeking a customer focussed Engineering Manager to provide service excellence and technical support, and ensure smooth delivery of operations to multiple sites across APAC. Reporting to a global and regional manager. Required Skills: Engineering qualification Electrical or Mechanical – essential Previous experience in delivery of technical and maintenance services in a data center / pharmaceutical or health institution / financial institution / engineering facility / other critical sites Must have previous experience in critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure A good communicator, with strong relationship management skills Strong influencer of people and consultative nature Process, quality and compliance driven Ability to work with remote teams Understanding of asset management preferred Duties: Lead engineering solutions for mechanical and electrical systems - CRAC, chillers, UPS, Gensets Ensure consistency and best practice across operational delivery of engineering services Plan and implement a critical engineering maintenance strategy Document performance standards and operational manuals Ensure legislative compliance to critical sites APAC wide data centres Manage Health and Safety and risks solutions onsite Ensure adherence to budgets, costs and customer service standards Benefits: Permanent, full time role in Singapore No direct people management responsibility Monday - Friday, business hours Very attractive salary package and bonus structure
