Leadership and Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional resident services and achieving business objectives.


Main Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to drive quality service delivery and business growth.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Provide guidance on marketing initiatives and external partnerships.
* Oversee budget planning and workforce management, including recruitment and leave coordination.


Key Qualifications

* Degree in Nursing (Essential)
* Proven experience in senior roles within aged or healthcare sectors, with operational management expertise in HR and people leadership.
* A broad understanding of relevant legislation and commercial acumen to empower staff.
* Excellent communication skills, high organisational ability, and solution-focused problem-solving capabilities.
