Are you a dynamic couple looking for your next adventure? Walpole Rest Point Caravan Park, nestled on the stunning shores of the Walpole Inlet, is seeking a capable and committed Assistant Management Couple to join our small team and help deliver a great experience for our guests.
This is a hands-on, live-in role suited to a couple with complementary strengths — ideally, one partner with strong grounds and maintenance experience, and the other with solid skills in office administration (RMS) and housekeeping.

About the Roles
Together, you will support the day-to-day running of the park, including:
* Grounds & Maintenance: General repairs, gardening, basic handyman work, and upkeep of park amenities and facilities. You must be willing to maintain the Septic system.
* Office & Reception: Managing guest bookings and check-ins using RMS, answering calls and enquiries, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service.
* Housekeeping: Cleaning and preparing cabins and amenities to a high standard.

What We're Looking For
* A couple with previous experience in caravan parks, roadhouses, hospitality, tourism, or similar guest-focused environments
* Confidence using RMS or similar booking systems
* Strong work ethic and a practical, can-do attitude
* Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
* Good physical fitness for cleaning and maintenance duties
* Friendly and professional communication skills
