We're partnering with one of Adelaide's leading independent Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solution providers to find aSenior Infrastructure Engineer (Level 3–4) who's passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across diverse client environments and data centres.
This is aproject-focused role with plenty of variety: designing and deploying solutions, collaborating with solution architects and project managers, and sharing your expertise with the team. You'll also occasionally support managed services when required.
What you'll be doing
* Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions across Windows Server, Hyper-V, NetApp, Veeam, and Azure/AWS.
* Leading client-facing projects from scoping through delivery, including smooth handover to Managed Services where relevant and post-engagement reviews.
* Working closely with project managers, solution architects, and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
* Contributing to knowledge sharing, including lessons learned sessions and monthly team Lunch & Learns.
* Balancing independent work with collaboration, while maintaining professionalism and quality.
What we're looking for
* Must have:
* 6+ years' experience in infrastructure and solution delivery.
* Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Hyper-V, NetApp, Veeam, and/or cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
* Proven ability to deliver solutions in client or data centre environments.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive client and team relationships.
* Enthusiasm for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Nice to have
* Experience with end-user computing (e.g., VMware Horizon) or enterprise storage platforms (e.g., Dell/HPE).
* Exposure to defence or highly regulated environments.
