Infinity Constructions is a family owned Tier 2 Builder who has been operating within Sydney and Melbourne for the last 32 years working across all sectors with projects valued up to $150 million. With having completed reputable and delivering exceptional projects, we continue to see growth within the business due to our loyal client base, as 83% of our projects are from repeat clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven Senior Contract Administrator to join the team out in Kensington on a new project worth $60 million. We are looking for someone to work in a collaborative work environment in a team of high performers. What we are looking for? 7 years’ of proven experience as Contract Administrator working for a head contractor or similar role. Previous experience managing contracts and familiar with legal requirements and terms of use within a construction environment. Constructability knowledge in writing scope of works. Extensive knowledge of contractual agreement language and law. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for the company. Able to analyse contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and increasing profits, while ensuring compliance with the law. Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills with subcontractors and multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. What are your responsibilities? To administer the project in our construction based software. Monthly PCG Reports, Cashflow and progress claim and head contractual variations Sub-contract claims and assessment of sub-contractual variations in accordance with legislation. Processing our suppliers’ invoices and delivery dockets. Issuing and administrating purchase orders. Monthly preliminary reports. Cost forecasting were required including taking off quantities and preparation of estimate for alternative materials/methods of construction or variation. Must be able to adhere to the WHS requirements during tender process. Benefits?
