Responsibilities
* Lead Logan Water's drinking water, recycled water and wastewater quality management systems, laboratory and analytical services, regulatory monitoring and reporting, and broader sustainability programmes.
* Provide expert technical leadership and assurance across Logan Water, partnering proactively with regulators, industry and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
* Maintain Logan Water's NATA‑accredited laboratory capability, ensuring compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements and uplifting the robustness of quality management systems.
* Drive continuous improvement, meet evolving regulatory expectations, and support climate resilience demands for a growing community.
Qualifications
* Substantial experience in contemporary water management, environmental health or aligned technical fields anchored by quality management systems.
* Influential leader capable of uplifting capability, driving continuous improvement and translating complex scientific information into practical, actionable insights.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills, enabling influence of both internal and external stakeholders and support for a culture of safety, innovation and customer focus.
