At Sports Direct, we’re passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience. We’re looking for a Customer Liaison Supervisor to be the friendly face at the front of our store – welcoming customers, resolving challenges with confidence, and making sure every visit feels safe, positive, and memorable.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be a visible, welcoming presence at the front of the store.
- Manage escalations, customer complaints, and inappropriate behaviour with calm authority.
- Apply conflict resolution techniques to defuse aggression and keep the environment safe.
- Conduct bag checks and monitor for potential theft, escalating incidents to Centre Management or police where required.
- Take the lead in emergency response situations, ensuring safe practice at all times.
- Role model professionalism and act as the go-to support when challenges arise.
