Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you'll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing.
As second in command, you'll:ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the assessment, planning and evaluation of resident care, whilst nurturing a partnership with family members to ensure provision of protected, quality carePromote a positive learning environment to grow the capability and knowledge of our next generation of carers and nursesOversee clinical governance via a process of quality improvement, auditing and reportingMonitor availability and provision of clinical resourcesDevelop clinical care programs, making them the best they can beSupport financial management of the homeQualificationsAt least 3 years in a clinical leadership role, and within a large aged care homeA real desire to make a difference in people's livesQualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registrationExperience in managing people and budgetsPrior experience in clinical management in aged careAbout youYou'll be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself.As one of the largest and fastest growing aged care providers in Australia, we need exceptional people to join us on our journey of providing high quality person-centred aged care and services.
