Job Overview
As a PCADS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and operation of the Pilbara/Kimberley Community Alcohol and Drug Service. You will oversee service delivery across Karratha, Newman and surrounding towns, ensuring the service meets all contractual, cultural and clinical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead operational systems in health or community services
* Manage resources to meet funding deliverables
* Build and maintain positive relationships across community, government and service stakeholders
Requirements:
* A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Health, Education, Social Science, Youth Work, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Allied Health, or Behavioural/Social Sciences OR extensive experience in a related field
* Strong cultural knowledge, skills and networks
* Ability to plan, allocate and manage resources
* Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships
* High-level verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
