* Candidate Lead Gen for Medical Recruitment
* Location: Surry Hills, Sydney (Hybrid Role)
* Hubspot & CRM Experience Essential
Wavelength International is Australia's leading medical recruitment specialists, helping doctors build careers across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue to modernise our marketing and recruitment engine, we're looking for a hands-on, digitally savvy Marketing Manager who wants real responsibility, real impact, and the opportunity to learn from senior advisers.
This role is perfect for an up-and-coming marketer who understands that great marketing exists to drive outcomes – in our case, candidate flow.
What This Role Is Really About
At Wavelength, marketing supports recruitment. Your core mission is to increase high-quality candidate leads into our database, using smart digital strategy, strong systems, and tight coordination of specialist providers.
You won't be building a big internal team. Instead, you'll own HubSpot, coordinate expert contractors, and help recruiters become better marketers of their own desks.
Top Priority (Non-Negotiable)
Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience
You must be confident with:
* HubSpot configuration (workflows, automation, forms, properties, reporting)
* Attribution, tracking, dashboards, and optimisation
* Working with HubSpot consultants and developers
* Using HubSpot to drive measurable lead generation
What You'll Do
* Own and optimise HubSpot as our core marketing platform
* Drive candidate acquisition via web, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, referrals & loyalty programme
* Coordinate external providers (SEO, SEM, content writers, influencers, designers)
* Manage SEO and content writers to produce meaningful, on-point content
* Help recruiters run smarter outreach and desk-level marketing
* Support conference strategy in partnership with our Office Manager
* Track everything and clearly demonstrate ROI
About You
You're likely:
* Mid-career and ambitious – ready to step up
* A digital native who loves systems, data, and optimisation
* Comfortable managing agencies and specialists
* Collaborative by nature – you enable rather than control
* Interested in healthcare and purpose-driven work
Experience in recruitment or healthcare is helpful, but not essential. Strong digital and HubSpot capability is.
What You'll Get
Real ownership of a high-impact marketing function
Exposure to senior marketing advisers, consultants, and mentors
The chance to learn fast and grow into a senior role
A collaborative, commercially focused environment
Hybrid working and a competitive salary
