Job description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s vending operations. This role ensures that vending machines are stocked, maintained, and operating efficiently while maximizing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships. As part of a small business, this position involves both hands-on fieldwork and administrative duties.
Success in this role depends on the ability to communicate confidently and respectfully with both team members and customers, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
* Manage all vending routes and coordinate daily schedules for restocking and maintenance.
* Refill machines, collect cash, track sales, and ensure accurate deposits and recordkeeping.
* Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and remove expired items.
* Ensure all vending machines are clean, presentable, and in good working order.
Inventory & Purchasing
* Order products and track inventory to avoid shortages and overstocking.
* Work with suppliers to manage costs and maintain quality supplies.
* Keep accurate records of inventory movement and product performance.
Customer Service
* Respond quickly to service calls, product requests, and equipment issues.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new location opportunities.
Maintenance Oversight
* Troubleshoot and perform basic machine maintenance or coordinate repairs with service technicians.
* Track maintenance schedules and ensure machines remain reliable and functional.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Comfortable with both hands-on work and administrative tasks.
* Trustworthy and detail-oriented; handles money responsibly.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to lift 20-25 kgs and work independently on the road.
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Working Conditions
* Mostly field-based, with some office or warehouse responsibilities.
* Work hours may vary depending on machine locations or route demands.
* Physical work includes lifting products, restocking, and basic equipment handling.
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and pass security clearances as required
* Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
