Workshop Foreman Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of 14 technicians and apprentices, fostering a culture of growth and development.
2. Support and develop junior techs with guidance and coaching, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
3. Assist with complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and higher-level repairs, applying technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
4. Conduct quality checks and ensure manufacturer standards are upheld, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity.
5. Collaborate closely with other Master Techs, Workshop Controller, and Service Manager to achieve common goals and objectives.
6. Maintain a safe, organized, and modern workshop environment, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
7. Support efficiency, quality improvement, and first-time-fix outcomes, driving business success through effective process management.
8. Champion positive culture, teamwork, and professional standards, setting an example for others to follow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
