Graphic Designer – Senior Designer (Oomf)
Fantastic opportunity for a highly creative Senior Designer to join a global publishing powerhouse working across a diverse range of innovative products.
Lead design across multiple product categories and formats in a highly creative and collaborative studio environment.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will manage projects from concept through to finished art, ensuring design consistency and brand integrity across multiple formats. You'll be hands‐on with art direction, packaging, and photography, while collaborating closely with editors, designers, freelancers and external vendors to deliver exceptional results.
You'll thrive in a quick‐paced workplace where no two days are the same. From generating fresh ideas and briefing illustrators to mentoring junior designers and managing freelancers, you'll bring creativity, organisation and commercial awareness to every project. Staying ahead of global trends and pushing boundaries will be second nature as you help elevate and innovate across all brand worlds.
Responsibilities
* Manage projects from concept to finished art, maintaining brand consistency.
* Lead art direction and design, including packaging, layout, and photography.
* Collaborate with editors, designers, freelancers and external vendors.
* Brief illustrators and produce fresh ideas for creative products.
* Mentor junior designers and support a supportive, collaborative team.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in design and art direction, ideally within toys, fashion, FMCG or consumer goods.
* Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire others.
* Passion for delivering market‐leading products.
Contract Details
Initial one‐year maternity leave contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate. February 2026 start.
