**Human Resources Officer - Diversity and Inclusion**

Our client is seeking to engage an Officer - Diversity and Inclusion on a temp, full-time basis for 6 months.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the Diversity and Inclusion team in the delivery of services, events and programs across the whole of business in the areas of training and development, events and Employee Diversity Networks.
- Manage administrative functions for the team such as travel arrangements, invoicing, purchase orders, stationery, and diary management.
- Maintain the Learning Management System, monitor profiles, ensuring compliance and governance is upheld.
- Prepare timelines, sourcing resources, process mapping activities, managing communications, and supporting team members.
- Support the administration of Ministerial, board and executive papers, scheduling and diary management, event/function coordination and procurement processes.
- Maintain and update Diversity and Inclusion development training calendar with information around attendees, events, dates, time, location, cost, occurrence, and notification.
- Report on training needs data to People and Capability Lead team and Diversity and Inclusion colleagues.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate reports on Diversity and Inclusion activities for the team and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Manage queries and responses communicated through shared inboxes across all Diversity and Inclusion services.
**Qualifications and experience**
- Certificate IV **OR** above level qualification in HR **OR** a business-related discipline.
- Events Management
- Relevant experience in managing the administrative aspects of an Organisational Development function (leadership, learning and development, Aboriginal awareness and diversity and inclusion) Within a large multi-disciplined organisation
- Highly organised and process drive, has a high attention to detail and will conscientiously adhere to polices and protocols
- Team spirited, genuinely values working with others in a respectful, encouraging, and cooperative way.
- Able to utilise language skills to communicate with stakeholders, draft communications and covey more complex messages and concepts.
- Demonstrates the values and behaviours that contribute to a constructive, high-performance culture
