We're seeking a dedicated Inclusion Teacher to join Meridan State College, a high-performing Prep-Year 12 College on the Sunshine Coast. This temporary role, from 7 October 2025 until 2 April 2026, focuses on Learning Support and Literacy and Numeracy Support across P-12. It's an exciting opportunity to work across all phases of learning in a supportive and innovative environment, with a strong emphasis on advancing outcomes for students with disability and diverse learning needs.

About The Role
This position seeks an Inclusion Teacher who will:
* Provide targeted learning support in literacy and numeracy for students across P-12
* Work with students with and without disability, alongside school teams, to improve student outcomes across the College
* Support inclusion by building positive relationships with families and providing a single point of contact for students and stakeholders in their education and wellbeing
* Collaborate with classroom teachers, curriculum leads, and specialist staff to plan and implement differentiation, reasonable adjustments, and accessible assessment
* Co-ordinate and review individual student plans, support provisions, and health and safety plans, while leading discussions on ICPs and involving relevant stakeholders
* Coach and support teachers in evidence-based practices to improve student outcomes across all learning areas
* Lead the effective management of NCCD processes and student data
