About the role
We are seeking a reliable and capable Mechanic to join our friendly team of professionals at our Belmont store. We are looking for someone who has a mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in the industry who wants to make a career within a fast-growing business. The position is full time Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings available as well.
Your daily duties include but are not limited to:
* Vehicle service - All Makes and models
* Vehicle Maintenance
* Diagnostics
* Air con re-gas and repair
* Mechanical repairs
* Brakes
* Clutches
* Cooling systems
* Electrical diagnosis and repair
About you
You must be professional and reliable with knowledge and experience in the Automotive industry. Your ability to effectively self-manage your time and prioritise multiple responsibilities is essential. A keen eye for detail and pride in your work coupled with good communication skills and a friendly disposition are crucial.
* Driver's License is essential.
* The ability to comply with HSE policies and procedures is essential.
* Being well presented, punctual and responsible is essential.
* Air con licence is desired but not crucial
* Light Vehicle experience essential
