Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating field-based ecology survey work, including baseline surveys, monitoring programs, and targeted flora and weed assessments across various bioregions. Your expertise in botanical surveys will play a crucial role in informing our environmental strategies.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Botanist to lead and manage ecological projects, plan, deliver, and analyse ecology surveys independently or collaboratively, perform impact assessments and design mitigation strategies.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in environmental science, ecology, biology or similar, 7-10+ years professional experience in botanical surveys, and excellent field skills and experience conducting surveys in various environments.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of ecology surveys, working closely with our team to achieve project objectives.
