**Your day to day**
As Engineering Coordinator, you will be performing administrative duties in support of the hotel's day to day Engineering programs. Your day to day tasks include - Inputting ESCAP data
- Completion and tracking of Purchase orders
- Processing payments of invoices through PeopleSoft
- Maintaining par levels of supplies in the engineering department
- Tracking of utilities data
- Manage the Contractor Induction process
- Maintenance of the OHSAS 18001 accreditation by completing administration tasks
- Data entry for the IHG Green Engage tool. Any other administration tasks as directed by the Chief Engineer. Assists in maintaining general filing systems and invoicing systems
- Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message
- Handle general enquires
- Arrange contractor appointments and meetings
- Open and sort mail
- Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
**What we need from you**:
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills Experience
- 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
