Your responsibilities include
Preparing and amending documents, correspondence and briefs
Managing diaries, deadlines and support for court commitments
Liaising with clients, counsel and external stakeholders
Coordinating court filings and supporting file management
Providing proactive administrative support to the team

About you
1 - 2 years minimum experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
Confident communication and a polished client service approach

Desire to build a long-term career as a legal secretary / paralegal
