We are seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive, and intuitive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Directors. This role goes far beyond traditional diary management — it’s about anticipating needs, managing priorities, and enabling the Directors to operate at their best.
You’ll be the right hand that ensures the team’s time, energy, and communication are focused where they deliver the most impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Diary Management
- Manage and prioritise the diaries, meetings, and commitments of the Directors with precision and foresight.
- Anticipate needs before they arise — ensuring the Directors are always prepared and focused on what matters most.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Social Media & Communication
- Manage inbound and outbound communications across the Directors’ professional social media profiles (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Craft thoughtful, authentic, and professional posts or responses aligned with the Directors’ voice and brand.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Proactively identify key internal and external relationships that need nurturing.
- Thoughtfully organise gifts, thank-yous, and gestures for key clients, partners, and team members.
- Team Coordination & Oversight
- Coordinate and oversee support staff (including offshore or external resources) managing events, recruitment, and presentation preparation.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency across all delegated workstreams.
- Event & Project Support
- Assist in planning, managing, and executing internal and external events.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and key communications.
About You
You are the kind of person who sees what needs doing — often before anyone else does. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and maintain impeccable attention to detail.
You’ll bring:
- A proven track record as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders or directors.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High EQ, with tact, professionalism, and the ability to read the room.
- Comfort with managing social media channels and digital communications.
- Experience managing or coordinating remote/offshore support is a plus.
- A thoughtful, service-oriented mindset and genuine care for people and relationships.
