We are a Boutique Sales & Property Management Agency based in Southport. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye and extremely well organized to take over our Routine Inspections on all our residential properties to ensure that all properties are well maintained. This position will involve considerable driving to properties both North and South of the Gold Coast.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Previous experience in the Property Management field will be highly regarded
* Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
* Confident using inspection apps and the property management software REST PROFESSIONAL
* Valid driver's licence
