Job Profile
This Maintenance Engineering position is available in a temporary capacity for 6 months with flexible working hours.
* Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, boilers, and plumbing.
* Identify faults and undertake repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
* Contribute to initiatives promoting energy efficiency and sustainability through effective maintenance practices.
* Collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure high standards of service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of work activities.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
* Proven experience in similar roles within commercial, public sector, or educational environments.
* Knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, heating, and plumbing.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Awareness of health and safety legislation and best practices.
