Footwell Podiatry has a casual receptionist position available for immediate start. This position will suit a broad range of applicants, including experienced health/medical receptionists and those with strong customer service experience who wish to work in a supportive local business. We are currently seeking applicants who are available to work any day of the week, including Saturdays, on a rotational basis as required.

* Our clinic is located in Sandy Bay.
Qualifications and Experience
* No prior medical/allied health reception experience necessary, but is an advantage
* Well developed communication, telephone and interpersonal skills,
* Ability to manage and prioritise tasks with good time management skills,
* Great attention to detail,
* Ability to use initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Meet & greet patients as they arrive for appointments,
* Taking phone calls and enquiries,
* Appointment bookings, and managing clinicians diaries,
* Processing payments and receipting accurately (including using hicaps for private health and medicare/DVA claiming),
* General administration duties,
* Ensuring the practice is clean, neat and presentable,
* Experience in Nookal or other practice management software is an advantage but not a necessity - we can train you.
