We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist.
This role is designed for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for building relationships, and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will work closely with our Branch Manager to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues.
Key responsibilities include:
