Milestone IT is proud to be partnering with a leading client as we expand their technology and delivery teams.
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with strong expertise in manual System Integration Testing (SIT) and a background in UKG, Payroll, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Role Overview
As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of critical retail and workforce systems.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting manual SIT activities across multiple platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, stable releases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Validate end-to-end flows involving UKG, payroll processes, and WMS applications
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and identify defects
Log, track, and retest defects using standard test management tools
Support UAT phases by providing input, guidance, and defect triage
Contribute to continuous testing improvements and best practices
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in manual testing, particularly System Integration Testing
Strong domain knowledge in UKG (Kronos/Workforce Management)
Experience testing Payroll systems and related data integrations
Hands-on testing experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Ability to interpret complex technical and functional requirements
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Retail industry experience highly desirable
